What You Can Set Up

Each notification type can be turned on or off from your portal’s Settings → Notifications page.
You can mix and match alerts — for example, receive texts for real-time calls and weekly email summaries for your activity reports.

Log in to your Abby Connect Portal or AbbyGo mobile app.
Go to Settings → Notifications.
Select the notification type you’d like to manage.
Choose your recipients, delivery method, and frequency.
