Every call, message, chat, and voicemail handled by your Human or AI Receptionist is logged automatically—organized with detailed insights and AI-powered enhancements so you can review, track, and follow up anytime.

No more searching through emails or trying to recall what happened on a call. With Activity Records, everything you need is in one place.


What’s Included in Activity Records

Each interaction type includes its own details so you always have full visibility into your client communications.


Incoming Calls (AI & Live Receptionists)

Every call is logged with detailed context, making it easy to review how it was handled and by whom.

Included details:

  • Contact Information – Instantly see the caller’s name and phone number.

  • Call Tags – Automatically categorized (e.g., New Client, Current Client, Upset Caller) for easier filtering.
    (You can customize your call tags anytime—just reach out to your CSM!)

  • AI Sentiment Rating – Gauge the tone of the conversation at a glance.

  • AI-Generated Summary – A quick, concise recap of what happened during the call.

  • Call Transcript – A full transcript for review (available if transcription is enabled).

  • Receptionist Notes – View notes added by your receptionist during or after the call.

  • Client Notes – Add your own notes to track follow-ups or next steps.

  • Transfer Details – See who the call was transferred to and whether the transfer was completed.

  • Call Duration & Billable Time – Understand exactly how long the call lasted and what was billable.

  • Call Recording – Listen to the full recording directly from the portal or app.

Outgoing Calls

Outgoing calls are tracked just as clearly for accountability and follow-up.

  • Contact Information (Caller ID)

  • Transfer Information – If connected, shows who received the call.

  • Duration & Billable Time

  • Notes Section – Add follow-up details or reminders.

  • AI Rating (Optional) – Review sentiment or quality where applicable.

Messages

Keep track of every message your receptionist sends on your behalf.

Included details:

  • Date & Time Sent

  • Recipients – See which email addresses and phone numbers the message was sent to.

  • Message Preview – View a short snippet of the message body.

  • Rating – Review sentiment or quality at a glance.

  • Notes Section – Add any context or follow-up reminders.


Chats & Abby Answered SMS

Monitor your website and text conversations effortlessly.

Included details:

  • Date & Time

  • Category – Automatically classified as Spam, Lead, Actionable Support, or Non-Actionable Support.

  • Visitor Name – Identify who reached out.

  • Agent Notes – Review notes taken during the interaction.

  • Rating & Notes – Assess quality or tone and document next steps.


Voicemails

All voicemails are neatly logged with playback and transcription options.

Included details:

  • Caller Information – Caller ID displayed at the top.

  • Voicemail Box – Identify which box received the message.

  • Duration – See how long the voicemail lasted.

  • Transcription (if add-on enabled) – Read the voicemail instead of listening.

  • Recording Playback – Listen directly in the portal or app.

  • Date Received – Timestamp for reference.

  • Notes Section – Add comments or actions to take.


Activity Filters:

Use filters at the top of the Activities page to quickly find specific calls, messages, or voicemails — whether you're tracking new leads, unresolved notes, or activity within a certain time frame.

Available Filters:

  • Start Date - Show only activities that occurred after a selected date.

  • End Date - Show only activities that occurred before a selected date.

  • Transfer Status - Filter calls by whether they were successfully transferred or not transferred.

  • Transferred To - Search by a contact's full name to see all calls that were transferred to that person.

After selecting your filters, click Apply Filters to update your results, or Reset Filters to clear your selections and start over.
