Call Details Notifications

Stay instantly informed about your receptionist-handled calls — as they happen.

Updated over 2 months ago

Abby’s Call Details Notifications send real-time alerts whenever your AI or live receptionists handle a call. You’ll see who called, when the call was answered and completed, and a short call summary — right in your inbox or phone.

What Call Details Notifications Do

These alerts help you keep track of calls without needing to log into the portal.
You’ll see:

  • Caller ID and time of call

  • Which receptionist handled it

  • The call summary written by your live or AI receptionist

  • A direct link to the full activity record in your portal

You can choose to receive notifications for:

  • Incoming Calls – from clients, leads, and other callers

  • Outbound Calls – made by your live receptionists

You can also decide whether to receive alerts when calls are:

  • Answered

  • Completed

  • Or both

Where to Find It

  1. Log in to your Abby Connect Portal or AbbyGo mobile app.

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications.

  2. Under Call Details Notifications, choose:

    • Which calls you’d like to be notified about (Incoming, Outgoing, or Both)

    • When to be notified (Answered, Completed, or Both)

    • How to receive notifications:

      • Email – detailed message with full call summary and activity link

      • Text (SMS) – short version of the call details
