Recurring Activity Reports make it easy to review your receptionist-handled calls, messages, and chats without logging into your portal. Choose the activities you want to include, set the frequency, and receive detailed summaries as both PDF and CSV attachments.
What Recurring Activity Reports Do
Recurring Activity Reports provide a snapshot of your account’s communication activity over a set period.
Each report includes:
Caller or visitor information
Call or chat duration
Receptionist name (AI or live)
Caller sentiment (positive, neutral, negative)
Date and time of interaction
AI Call Summaries or receptionist message notes
You can select which activity types to include in the report:
Incoming Calls
Outgoing Calls
Receptionist Messages
Live Chat
Abby Answered SMS
Where to Find It
Log in to your Abby Connect Portal.
Go to Settings → Notifications.
Scroll to Recurring Activity Report Notifications.
Toggle Recurring Activity Reports to ON.
Choose your settings:
Period of the Report: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly
Recipient Email List: Add one or more email addresses
Activities to Include: Check the boxes for what you’d like included
Attach Summary As: Choose PDF, CSV, or both
Click Save.
What the Report Looks Like

Emails are sent from [email protected] with the subject line:
Your Daily Activity Log for Abby Connect
Each email includes:
A brief overview of your selected activity type(s)
Downloadable attachments (PDF and/or CSV)
A preview of your daily summary directly in the email body
Attachment Examples
A clean, printable report with activity details and summaries for easy review or record-keeping.
CSV
An Excel-compatible file for filtering, sorting, or integrating your data into other systems.
Each CSV includes columns for:
Caller
Number Called
Transfer To
Call Duration
Caller Sentiment
Date

Troubleshooting
Not receiving reports?
Verify that Recurring Activity Reports are toggled ON in Settings → Notifications.
Make sure your email is correctly listed in the Recipient Email List.
Check your spam folder or whitelist [email protected].
If attachments aren’t included, confirm that PDF or CSV is selected under Attach Summary As.
