Get help with your Abby account, call handling, portal settings, billing questions, or technical issues.

If you need help with your Abby account, Client Support is available to assist with questions, account changes, troubleshooting, and configuration.

Choose the support option that best fits what you need.


Chat with Support

For quick questions or help while you're working in the Abby portal, use the chat option available in your account.

The chat assistant, Bee, can answer many common questions using information from the Abby Help Center.

If Bee cannot resolve your request, your conversation can be transferred to a human support representative.


Email Client Support

For detailed questions, account changes, or issues that require screenshots or other supporting information, email:

Get Help With Account Changes

Many account settings can be managed directly in the Abby portal.

If you're unsure how to make a change, cannot complete the change yourself, or would like help reviewing your setup, Client Support can assist.

Examples may include:

  • Updating call handling or routing

  • Updating contacts or transfer information

  • Adjusting account or notification settings

  • Reviewing how your Abby setup is configured

  • Troubleshooting unexpected call behavior

  • Making changes that are not available for self-service in the portal


Use the Abby Help Center

For questions you may be able to resolve yourself, search the Abby Help Center for setup guides, feature explanations, and troubleshooting steps.

What to Include When Contacting Support

Providing the right information can help the support team understand your request more quickly.

When applicable, include:

  • A brief description of what you need help with

  • The feature or area affected, such as call handling, the portal, scheduling, or an integration

  • What happened and what you expected to happen

  • Screenshots or attachments showing an error or unexpected behavior

  • Your business name or account email

  • Examples of affected calls or activities, when relevant
