Logging Into the Abby Portal

How to access the Abby portal, set your password, and reset your login if needed.

The Abby portal is where you manage your Abby account, continue setup, review activity, and update account settings.

You can log in anytime at my.abby.com.

First-Time Login

After you sign up for Abby, you’ll receive an email invitation to create your portal login.

To log in for the first time:

  1. Check your inbox for an email from Abby with the subject line Welcome to Abby or Activate Your Abby Portal.

  2. Click the link in the email.

  3. Create your password.

  4. Go to my.abby.com.

  5. Enter your email address and password.

  6. Click Log In.

Your portal login uses the business email address you entered during sign-up.

Returning Login

To log back into the Abby portal:

  1. Go to my.abby.com.

  2. Enter your email address and password.

  3. Click Log In.

If You Did Not Receive Your Invite

If you do not see your invitation email:

  1. Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.

  2. Confirm you are checking the email address used during sign-up.

  3. Contact Abby support to request a new invite.

Resetting Your Password

If you forget your password or need to reset it:

  1. Go to my.abby.com.

  2. Click Forgot Password on the login screen.

  3. Enter your email address.

  4. Follow the link sent to your inbox.

  5. Create a new password.

After You Log In

Once you’re logged in, you can continue setting up Abby, review recent activity, and manage your account settings.
