Add-ons are billed separately from your monthly Abby plan.

Additional Companies & Locations
This add-on lets you create another business profile within your Abby account.
Each company or location can have its own:
Business information
Call handling
Contacts
Knowledge Base information
Routing preferences
All companies and locations under the same Abby account share one pool of Abby Minutes.
For example, if your account includes 500 Abby Minutes, those minutes are shared across all companies and locations connected to the account. Each profile does not receive a separate set of included Abby Minutes.

Additional Phone Numbers
Additional phone numbers can help organize calls for different parts of your business.
You may use separate numbers for:
Departments
Office locations
Services
Marketing campaigns
Brands or business lines
Each number can use the call handling and routing configured for your account.
Additional phone numbers cost $10 per month for each number added.
Email Fax
Email Fax lets your team receive fax messages electronically without traditional fax equipment.
Fax messages are delivered through email so your team can view, download, and store them digitally.
Email Fax costs $9.95 per month for each fax number.
Voicemail Boxes
Voicemail boxes are included with your Abby account at no additional charge.
They are not a paid add-on.
Voicemail boxes can be used when calls need to route to voicemail or when individual contacts or departments need their own voicemail destination.

Some add-ons require additional setup before they become active, especially when they involve new business profiles, phone numbers, or call routing.
