If your usage exceeds the number of engaged chats included in your plan, additional chats are billed at the rate associated with your plan.

Completed Live Web Chat conversations can be reviewed through Abby's activity and reporting tools.

Chats are also categorized based on the type of interaction that occurred, helping your team distinguish between potential leads, support conversations, and other chats.
