Messages can appear in two places:
In the Messages section of Activities
Inside the individual call record for that interaction

Messages Activity View
You can review all messages in one place by opening the Messages view in Activities.
This view shows:
Date – When the message was created
Sent To – The email addresses or phone numbers the message was delivered to
Notes – The captured message details
Rating – Optional rating of the message quality
Selecting a message opens the full message details.
Inside a Call Record
If a message was taken during a call, the message will also appear at the bottom of the call’s activity record.
This lets you review the message alongside other call information such as:
call summary
call recording
transcript
call tags
call actions
Message Details
When viewing a message, you may see information such as:
Type of Call
Caller First and Last Name
Phone Number
Email Address
Company Name
Additional message notes
The exact fields depend on how your call handling is configured.
My Notes
You can add your own internal notes to a message using the My Notes section.
This is useful for:
tracking follow-ups
documenting conversations
adding reminders for your team
