Where to Find Activity Ratings
You can rate interactions from:
The Incoming Calls or Activities list view
The Activity Detail page for a specific call, message, or chat
In the activity list, a star rating column appears on the right side of each record.
Inside an activity’s detail view, you’ll see a Call Rating section at the bottom of the record.
How to Rate an Interaction
Navigate to the activity you want to review.
Click the star rating (1–5 stars).
A feedback window will appear.
(Optional) Add a comment with additional context.
Click Submit.
Your rating is saved immediately and can be updated if needed.
What Your Feedback Does
When you submit a rating:
Comments are reviewed by the appropriate team.
Feedback may be used to refine call handling, routing, or AI configuration.
Providing specific comments helps us understand what worked well or what needs adjustment.
Viewing Past Ratings
You can see:
Star ratings directly in the activity list
Comments inside the activity detail view
This allows you to review previously rated interactions and track trends over time.
Best Practices for Meaningful Feedback
Add comments when rating below 5 stars to clarify the issue.
Reference specific call handling steps when applicable.
Use ratings consistently to help identify patterns.
If you have broader feedback that isn’t tied to a specific interaction, you can also submit feedback from the Support section of the portal.
