Live Receptionist Services

If your account includes live receptionists:

  • Multiple receptionists can answer different calls at the same time.

  • Each caller is handled in a separate conversation.

  • Receptionists can collect information, schedule appointments, transfer calls, and send messages independently.


AI Receptionist Service

If your account includes the AI Receptionist:

  • The AI can answer multiple calls simultaneously

  • Each caller receives a full, separate interaction

  • Scheduling, messaging, and transfers are processed separately for each call.

One AI conversation doesn't interfere with another.


Appointment Scheduling During Simultaneous Calls

If multiple callers attempt to schedule appointments at the same time:

  • Availability is checked in real time

  • Once a time slot is booked, it's no longer available

  • Double-booking is prevented based on your scheduling rules and connected calendar.
