What Are Known Callers?

Known Callers (also called VIP Callers) let your receptionist team recognize and prioritize frequent or high-value callers the moment they call in. This ensures a personalized, efficient experience every time.


How It Works

  1. Provide a Caller List
    Share a list of your frequent or VIP callers with our Client Success Team.
    Include:

    • Caller’s name

    • Phone number or preferred contact method

    • Any special notes or instructions (e.g., “Always transfer to Sarah,”).

  2. We Add Them to Your Profile
    Our team adds these callers to your account so receptionists can recognize them immediately.

  3. Personalized Greeting and Handling
    When one of your Known Callers reaches out, receptionists:

    • Greet them by name

    • Follow your specific instructions

    • Handle their call quickly and accurately
