Setting 24/7 Availability for Contacts

Remove scheduled statuses from contacts to allow 24/7 call transfers—update settings in the Call Handling tab under Accounts.

By default, each contact’s availability is tied to your business hours. This ensures the AI doesn’t transfer calls outside of those times.

If you’d prefer contacts to be available 24/7 (allowing the AI to transfer calls at any time), you can update this setting manually.


How to Enable 24/7 Availability

  1. Go to the Accounts tab

  2. Click Contacts

  3. Find the contact(s) you want to update

  4. Click Edit

  5. Open the Call Handling tab

  6. On the right side, locate Recurring Scheduled Statuses

  7. Remove the scheduled status to allow 24/7 availability

Note: You’ll need to repeat this for each contact that should be available 24/7, including any new contacts added later.
