By default, each contact’s availability is tied to your business hours. This ensures the AI doesn’t transfer calls outside of those times.
If you’d prefer contacts to be available 24/7 (allowing the AI to transfer calls at any time), you can update this setting manually.
How to Enable 24/7 Availability
Go to the Accounts tab
Click Contacts
Find the contact(s) you want to update
Click Edit
Open the Call Handling tab
On the right side, locate Recurring Scheduled Statuses
Remove the scheduled status to allow 24/7 availability
Note: You’ll need to repeat this for each contact that should be available 24/7, including any new contacts added later.
