Callers are matched to Zoho Contacts or Leads, and every call is logged on their record.
What does it do?
Looks for the caller in Zoho Contacts first, then Leads.
Creates a new Lead if there's no match and contact creation is switched on.
Logs each call as a note and a call activity.
How do I set it up?
Sign in at my.abby.com and go to Account > Integrations. Find Zoho CRM.
Click Connect, sign in to Zoho and approve access. Abby works with your Zoho data center automatically.
Set How to Match Contact, the contact fields Abby may fill in, and the call details to include.
Switch on the call types you want synced.
Good to know
To stop syncing, click Disconnect.
Use Reconnect if Zoho asks you to sign in again.
Only account users with Admin or Full access can see the Integrations page.
