Send your Abby calls, messages and chats to thousands of apps through Zapier.
What does it do?
Zapier checks your Abby account for new call records, receptionist messages and chats.
Each one can start a Zap, so you decide where the data goes.
You set up what happens in Zapier, not in Abby.
How do I set it up?
Sign in at my.abby.com and go to Account > Integrations. Find Zapier.
Copy your Abby API key.
In the Zapier panel, search for and select Abby Connect as your trigger app. Then choose New Call Record, New Receptionist Message or New Chat.
When Zapier asks you to connect an account, paste your Abby API key.
Finish your Zap in Zapier and turn it on.
Good to know
You can build and manage Zaps without leaving the Integrations page.
Only account users with Admin or Full access can see the Integrations page.
