Start Make scenarios from your Abby calls, messages and chats, and send that data to any app Make supports.
What does it do?
Make watches your Abby account for new calls, messages and chats.
Each one can start a Make scenario, so you decide where the data goes.
You set up what happens in Make, not in Abby.
How do I set it up?
Sign in at my.abby.com and go to Account > Integrations. Find Make.
Click Generate API key and copy the key straight away — Abby shows it only once.
In Make, create a scenario and add the Abby Connect app. Choose Watch Calls, Watch Messages or Watch Chats.
When Make asks you to create a connection, paste your Abby API key.
The Make card in Abby shows Connected once Make has used the key.
Good to know
Lost the key? Click Regenerate. The old key stops working, so paste the new one into every Make connection that used it.
To cut off Make completely, click Revoke.
Only account users with Admin or Full access can see the Integrations page.
