Callers land in HubSpot as contacts, and every call is logged on their record.
What does it do?
Looks up the caller in HubSpot by email, or by email or phone.
Creates the contact if they're new.
Logs each call as an activity on the contact, with the call details you choose.
Anything Abby creates is assigned to the HubSpot owner you pick.
How do I set it up?
Sign in at my.abby.com and go to Account > Integrations. Find HubSpot.
Click Connect, sign in to HubSpot and approve access. You don't need to copy any keys.
Choose the HubSpot Owner.
Set How to Match Contact (Email Only, or Email or Phone), the contact fields Abby may fill in, and the call details to include.
Switch on the call types you want synced.
Good to know
To stop syncing, click Disconnect.
Use Reconnect if HubSpot asks you to sign in again.
Only account users with Admin or Full access can see the Integrations page.
