This integration is designed to capture potential new clients by creating leads in Clio Grow whenever a qualifying call is handled by Abby.
Unlike other Abby CRM integrations, Clio Grow does not update existing contacts or search for matching records. Each synced interaction creates a new lead in the Lead Inbox.
How the Integration Works
When the integration is enabled, Abby sends caller information directly to your Clio Grow Lead Inbox.
Each synced interaction creates a new lead, allowing your team to review the inquiry and begin your intake process inside Clio Grow.
Along with the lead, Abby can include additional call details as notes attached to the lead record.
Lead Information Sent to Clio Grow
Clio Grow supports a limited set of fields that can be populated when creating a lead.
The following fields are sent directly to the Lead Inbox record:
Name
Phone Number
Email
Regarding / Message
These fields appear as the primary lead information within Clio Grow.
Call Details Added to Lead Notes
Additional call information selected during integration setup is added to the Notes section of the lead.
This may include details such as:
Call start time
Call end time
Caller name
Caller phone number
Transfer details
Call transcript
Call summary
Call sentiment
Message body
These details appear inside the lead as notes, giving your team full visibility into what happened during the call.

When Leads Are Created
Leads are created when Abby processes a call that is configured to sync with Clio Grow.
This may include calls handled by:
Human Receptionists
AI Receptionist
