Additional Phone Numbers

Additional phone numbers can be added to your Abby Connect account to support different locations, teams, or marketing campaigns.

Each number can route calls through Abby Connect using your configured call handling rules.

Examples of how businesses use additional numbers include:

Email Fax (eFax)

Abby Connect supports email-based fax services, allowing fax messages to be delivered directly to your email inbox.

This allows your team to receive and manage fax communications without needing traditional fax hardware.

Fax messages can be viewed, downloaded, and stored digitally for easier access and organization.

Voicemail Boxes

Voicemail boxes can be created for individual contacts or departments when a call cannot be answered or when direct voicemail routing is needed.

These voicemail boxes allow callers to leave messages that can be reviewed by your team later.

Voicemail messages can be accessed through the Abby Connect portal and may also be delivered through notifications depending on your configuration.
