Getting started with Abby Connect is structured differently depending on your service. Below is an overview of what onboarding looks like for AI Receptionist and Human Receptionist clients.

AI Receptionist

AI Receptionist clients can complete setup independently or schedule a guided onboarding session.

Self-Serve Setup

You can configure your AI Receptionist directly in the portal using our step-by-step onboarding module. This allows you to:

  • Enter company information and FAQs

  • Add contacts and transfer rules

  • Configure call handling and routing logic

  • Connect scheduling

  • Prepare for test calls and forwarding

Optional Guided Onboarding Session

If you would like assistance reviewing your setup, configuring advanced logic, or preparing to go live, you can schedule a one-on-one session with an Abby specialist.

During this session, we can assist with:

  • Ongoing adjustments and refinements during your first month

  • Training to ensure a smooth transition
