How to Manage User Permissions

  1. Log into your Abby Portal.

  2. Navigate to Account → Contacts.

  3. Select the user you want to update.

  4. Choose between Full User or Limited User.

  5. Add User.


Best Practices

💡 Tip: Assign Full User permissions only to admins or managers who need account-wide visibility. For everyday users, stick with Limited User access to keep things simple and secure.
