Before You Begin
Portal users must first exist as a Contact in your account.
If the person is not listed under Contacts, create the contact first before sending an invite.
Steps to Send a User Invite
Log into your Abby Portal.
In the left-hand menu, go to Account β Contacts.
Locate the user who still needs access.
These users will display a Invite button next to their username.
Click Invite User.
Enter:
The system will immediately send the invitation email to the address listed for that user.
Permission Levels
When inviting a user, you must select a permission type.
Permission levels determine what the user can view or edit inside the portal.

Troubleshooting
If the invite does not arrive:
Ask the user to check spam or junk folders.
Confirm the email address is correct.
If needed, click Edit, update the email address, and resend the invite.
If a red warning icon appears next to the user, review the contact setup to ensure required information is complete before sending the invitation.
Steps to Resend a User Invite
Log into your Abby Portal.
In the left-hand menu, go to Account β Contacts.
Locate the user who still needs access.
Click Reinvite.
The system will immediately resend the invitation email to the address listed for that user.
