By default, the AI receptionist is configured to operate in English only. If your business requires Spanish-speaking support, we offer multilingual AI capabilities that can be added to your account.


How to Request Spanish Support

To enable Spanish language support:

  1. Include your account name and specify that you'd like to enable multilingual AI support

  2. Our Tech Team will configure your account with the Multi Language AI Receptionist

Once enabled, the AI receptionist will be equipped to greet and assist callers who communicate in languages other than English.
