Situations That May Trigger a Fallback
Technical Issues: The system encounters an error and is unable to proceed.
Caller Requests a Human: The caller asks for a “real person,” “representative,” “receptionist,” “operator,” or similar.
Repeated Misunderstandings: The AI has difficulty understanding the caller, such as mishearing their name multiple times or repeating the same question.
Caller Frustration: The caller expresses frustration or annoyance with the AI.
What to Expect
When these scenarios occur, the caller is seamlessly connected to a live receptionist who can assist further. No action is required on your part.
