Our AI receptionist is designed to handle most calls independently. However, there are certain situations where it will transfer the caller to a live receptionist to ensure a smooth experience for the caller.

Situations That May Trigger a Fallback

  1. Technical Issues: The system encounters an error and is unable to proceed.

  2. Caller Requests a Human: The caller asks for a “real person,” “representative,” “receptionist,” “operator,” or similar.

  3. Repeated Misunderstandings: The AI has difficulty understanding the caller, such as mishearing their name multiple times or repeating the same question.

  4. Caller Frustration: The caller expresses frustration or annoyance with the AI.

What to Expect

When these scenarios occur, the caller is seamlessly connected to a live receptionist who can assist further. No action is required on your part.
