What You’ll Find in the Header Bar

Search Activities

Use the Search bar to quickly find calls, messages, chats, or other logged activities. Just type in a name, phone number, or keyword, and click Search to see results instantly.


Status Update

Need to step away but don’t want to leave your callers hanging? The Call Status Widget lets you set your availability in seconds—so human and AI receptionists always know when to transfer calls and when to hold them.

Key Features

  • Instant Status Updates- Toggle between "Available" and "Unavailable" with one click.

  • Scheduled Status Changes-Set a start and end time for when your status should update automatically—perfect for meetings, lunch breaks, or after-hours.

  • Custom Notes for Receptionists-Leave a quick note like "In a meeting until 2 PM" so your receptionists can keep callers informed.

  • Call Status Templates- Save time by using pre-set availability options for recurring situations.

  • Seamless Call Handling-Ensure that calls are only transferred when you're actually available, reducing disruptions while keeping communication smooth.

Account Menu

On the far right, your profile icon opens the account menu where you can:
