Dashboard Overview

Your Dashboard is your home base for tracking recent activity, keeping an eye on usage, and quickly finding important account details.

Dashboard Sections

1. Activity by Type

At the top center of the dashboard, you’ll see a chart showing your recent activity broken down by type:

  • Incoming & Outgoing Calls (green)

  • Live Chats (orange)

  • SMS (gray)

  • Receptionist Messages (blue)

  • Voicemail Messages (purple)

This helps you quickly spot trends in call and message volume over time.


2. Current Usage

On the right, the Current Usage panel shows:

  • Total Human Receptionist minutes used

  • Total number of chats

  • Total AI Receptionist minutes used

  • The date range for the current billing cycle

This makes it easy to monitor how much of your plan you’ve used.


3. Abby Assigned Phone Number(s)

Below your usage, you’ll see your Abby Connect phone number(s) for quick reference.


4. Recent Activity

In the lower center of the dashboard, you’ll find your most recent calls and messages, including:

  • Type – Incoming call, outgoing call, live chat, etc.

  • Contact Info – Caller’s phone number or contact details

  • Additional Information – Call transcripts, message summaries, or notes

  • Rating – If applicable, the customer rating of the interaction

  • Date & Time – When the interaction occurred

Click See All Activities to view your full history.


5. Refer a Friend

In the lower right panel, you can refer a friend to Abby Connect by entering their name, email address, and phone number. If they subscribe, you’ll receive a $100 credit.


6. Navigation Menu

On the left-hand side, the main navigation menu includes:

  • Activities – View and search all calls, messages, and chats.

  • Account – Manage your account and plan.

  • Settings – Adjust your call handling, integrations, and preferences.

  • Send Feedback – Share your feedback with the Abby Connect team.

Pro Tips

  • Use the search bar at the top to quickly find specific activities or contacts.

  • Click any activity in the Recent Activity section to view more details.

  • Keep an eye on your usage to avoid going over your plan minutes.
