How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan
You can make changes to your plan anytime in your Abby Portal:
Log in to your Abby Portal
Go to Subscription in the left-hand menu
Select Change Plan
Choose your new AI or Human Receptionist plan
Check the box on the right hand side labeled "I understand and agree to Subscription & Billing" then confirm
Your upgrade or downgrade will be effective next billing period.

How to Add or Remove Services
You can also customize your plan by adding or removing services like:
LiveChat Packages
AI Receptionist Packages
Human Receptionist Packages
To do this:
Navigate to the Subscription tab in your portal
Select the service you want to add
Check the "Free Trial Agreement" box and the "Subscription & Billing" box then confirm
If your plan requires manual setup (e.g., subaccounts, DID routing, LiveChat), reach out to our support team at [email protected].
When Will My Plan Change Take Effect?
Upgrades (e.g., increasing your minute limit or adding services) take effect next billing cycle.
Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
We’ll reflect any changes in your upcoming invoice. If you would like to upgrade immediately please contact us at [email protected] or chat us through your Abby portal.
